No Hollywood Biggie Gerard for Priyanka Chopra!

If self-created hype were any indicator of how acclaimed and desirable an actress truly is, then Priyanka Chopra would reign supreme as the undisputed Helen of Bollywood-land.

A few weeks ago, Ms. Chopra conveniently let out that 300 hottie Gerard Butler was all weak in the knees for her, and even flew down to Jaipur for a secret rendezvous with his exotic Indian muse. If that were not incredulous enough, Piggy Chops’ well-connected sources also claimed that Gerard was completely ‘smitten with Priyanka’ and kept ‘proposing to her every half an hour, getting down on his knee’.

Unfortunately, Ms. Chops’ imaginary romantic paradise came crashing down when international tabloids came alive with reports of Mr. Butler getting down and dirty with Friends’ bombshell the ex Mrs Brad Pitt, beautiful Jennifer Aniston.

Seriously Priyanka, how long did you expect to soar on fake mileage from a so-called ‘private intimate party’? Did you honestly believe that Mr. Butler’s tongue-in-cheek humor would grant you access to the fabled Hollywood First Wives’ Club?

Honestly, it would be very refreshing to hear Ms. Chopra talk about her own credibility as a ‘actress’ for a change, instead of her usual lame attempts to hitch a ride on someone else’s success and well-endowed pockets. It certainly isn’t the first time she’s tried to ride on someone else’s back for her own career gains. For those of you who don’t remember, Ms. Chopra was all kisses and candy with a certain aspiring actor Hurman Baweja (who also happens to be the son of director Harry Baweja and producer Pammi Baweja) until she secured a role in the big-budget production ‘Love Story 2050’. Well, to cut a long story short, the film bombed and Ms. Chopra cut off all ties with a bewildered Hurman overnight, on the lookout for richer, better-connected love interests.

Get over yourself and your gold-digging manipulations Priyanka. Everyone’s on to you by now!
