Akshay Kumar
We believed that love makes the world go round, but not in Bollywood. It is money, fame and brazen attitudes that make that world go round. Word is that our Khiladi number one, Akshay Kumar decided to get his neck tattooed with ‘Blue’ to publicize his forthcoming film.
What’s wrong with that you say?
Almost half of Bollywood is cast in the movie. Never one to get lost in anybody’s shadow this could be Akki’s way of telling us that there may be other Bollywood A listers in the movies, but “I and only I am the big star and hero.”
Now we all love a confident man Akki, but you might be crossing the line a bit into brazen-faced and delusional. And you can’t blame us for wondering — not after after seeing Chandi Chowk and Kambhakt Ishq.

Ever since Akshay Kumar’s ‘Singh is King’ was a hit, Bollywood has seen a fad of Sikh Heroes. Immediately after the hit, Sallu Bhai portrayed the raging army wallah in ‘Heroes’ and later Saif played the shy, ever in love sardar in ‘Love Aaj Kal’. Now following in their footsteps is Ranbir Kapoor.
Now in his next movie, Ranbir plays a Sikh boy and sports a beard. Yes they are absolutely real (for those of you who think he can never grow a beard!)
Ranbir, I heard, can’t wait to get rid of his facial hair. I am also sure that Deepika wants her chikna back! Me too!
