Bitter Vivek Oberoi lashes out at ‘plastic Ash’ for ruining him
After all these years of unemployment and a barely-existent acting ‘career’, you’d think Vivek Oberoi would finally have learnt to stop stuffing his foot into his loud, and completely unnecessary mouth. For those of you who’ve missed the drama, or don’t remember exactly what the fuss is all about, here’s an excerpt from the notorious press conference which pulled the plug on his acting ambitions.
Although Vivek spent many years and a great deal of effort to make good with Sallu, the Khan khandaan has no intentions of forgiving and forgetting. To make things worse, a very career-oriented Aishwarya walked out on bechara Vivek, leaving him to lick his many wounds with only a lonely Ram Gopal Verma for company (pun totally intended).
And just when we thought Vivek had faded away from public memory for good, he resurfaces with a ‘poor me’ interview yet again where he blames Ash for not just instigating the unfortunate event, but also backing out from supporting him when the industry turned against him.
Excerpt from Farah Khan’s Tere Mere Beech Main:
So when Farah asked Vivek,“Lekin jinke liye aapne yeh sab kiya unhone kabhi bhi aap ka saath diya? Appreciated hua?”
Vivek replied,“No! Ulta yeh hua ki “tum bahut immature ho.” Apne industry mein ek dastoor hai – Jaise Tupperware jahan plastic ke dabbe banate hain … usse zyada plastic hamare yahan hai. Plastic smile, plastic heart..plastic everything!
Tupperware romance? Seriously?!! Is that your new excuse for behaving like a total dope?
Seriously dude, it’s about time you grew up… and fast. If there’s anything you should have already learnt from the entire Salman fiasco, it should be two little attributes called ‘accountability’ and ‘taking responsibility for your actions’. Stop acting like an immature idiot and maybe, just maybe, someone will stop long enough to spare you a little pity and the odd Bollywood role.
Squeeze a bit more!
