Bad boy Salman’s so desperate to be “Wanted” he’s now a good boy

The way Salman Khan is pulling all stops to grab some publicity before the release of Wanted makes me wonder if he is planning retirement after this. He really seems to be in do-or-die mode.
Why else would Salman, the aging bad boy, suddenly go on a social awareness spree? He’s shooting not one or two, but 30 public awareness short films with Boney Kapoor on various issues like drugs, crime, caring for old people, etc.
I wonder if any of the films will be on drunk driving, shooting chinkaras, threatening old girlfriends etc. Is he seeing ‘the light’ at last or just some big box office number$?
